Two men are caught up in the horror and blood shed of Boko Haram. One finds redemption when found guilty of murder and is sentenced to work for the mother of his victim, replacing her murdered son. The other, a surgeon forced to harm those in his care, finds redemption by restoring amputated limbs. Both ultimately find each other and a shared humanity.
