SYNOPSIS:

Unsigned heavy metal band - ABOVE THE INFECTION just received an offer of a lifetime. An opening slot for their favorite band HALLOWED REALM, on their sold out arena tour. Their manager Howard Martin, has shown interest in them and wants to take them to the next level. The band is excited. Their dream is about to come true! They are opening for their heroes, as well as being scouted by their manager and record label. To top it off, the band is given a free touring van and an unheard of salary, at their level. Life couldn't be better! This is however, a trial run. Howard needs to see if Above The Infection could handle everything that comes with life on the road, as well as possible fame and fortune like their heroes in Hallowed Realm. Howard is curious about how far the band will go to achieve that success. His curiosity leads to tests that will push the aspiring musicians to their limit. After three incredible shows, those limits are tested when the band notices a bloody handprint on Hallowed Realm's tour bus. The band would see news reports about bodies found within a mile of each venue, the day after the shows. Then it's as if those reports vanished. They're no longer able to search online for the incidents. Like somebody erased the evidence of it ever happening. The shows keep getting bigger and better. Howard feels Above The Infection are now ready to talk business. The band also feels they are ready. However, the members of Hallowed Realm know the truth about what the young band is in for. A truth they accepted long ago. A price they were willing to pay. Not everyone is willing to pay that price. What happens to those people? Well, they're no longer needed. They also need to be silenced. It's in the fine print... Think The Devil's Advocate with the music industry, instead of law
