When she looses her badge and learns of DEA knowledge of sisters' marked status, she must learn to adapt to change to bring her sister's killer to justice and thwart his international drug operation.

MARKED is a strong title, the idea is interesting.
I'd edit naming characters in a logline. Just enough to tell who, that attrtibutes to how the intent of the goal is likely to fail or succeed. Shawna could be "concieted." Reveal the bullheaded in the script as a flaw she must overcome to deal with the conflicts... She learns.
