After falling under the spell of a reckless lover, a disillusioned woman spirals into a life of crime that ends in tragedy—but in the aftermath, she must confront her guilt, face her past, and decide if she’s capable of redemption when given the chance to raise the daughter her partner left behind.
SYNOPSIS:
Under the Bluff follows Evelyn, a woman whose stagnant life is upended when she meets Casey, a magnetic force of chaos who lures her into love, risk, and ultimately crime. What begins as small thefts for survival escalates into high-stakes robberies fueled by adrenaline and desperation. Their bond deepens, but Casey’s growing recklessness pushes them toward disaster.
A botched heist leaves Casey dead and Evelyn haunted—grappling with grief, regret, and the inescapable weight of choices she never thought she’d make. Captured and imprisoned, Evelyn recounts her story to Dr. Moore, a prison counselor who pushes her to confront the truth she’s been running from.
Just as Evelyn begins to accept the ruins of her life, she learns Casey left behind a daughter—Lily—and trusted Evelyn to give her the life Casey never could. Faced with a second chance, Evelyn must choose whether to remain chained to her past or fight to become someone worthy of love, trust, and redemption.
At its heart, Under the Bluff is a story about love, loss, and the fragile hope of transformation—a crime drama that asks whether one mistake defines a life, or if even the most broken among us can find a way to heal.
