A 30 second Public Service Announcement about unintentional parental neglect due to daily demands and choices of life, that children do not understand.

SYNOPSIS:

The PSA is about parents wrapped up in their world of work, social media, electronic tethers, that when they have one on one time with the children, when they have a captive audience of their children, they are busy with phones, tablets, laptops. The video is 30 - 45 seconds and has no dialog, only a bluesy horn playing some sad song. The film has 4 - 6, ten second segments showing various neglectful situations, children sad at a restaurant as parent text, child scores soccer goal to turn around prideful for dad and sees him on the phone, not paying attention to the goal. Parent reading paper at the breakfast table as child excitement for first day of school is squashed. Those are some of the scenarios for the PSA. The neglect is not something that will physically harm the child.

The visual is that parents are not knowingly being neglectful. The closing of the loop will be an aged parent neglected with the grown child's learned behavior.
