A police officer named Washington must don a pair of bomb shoes and dash around the city to accomplish a series of dangerous tasks as penance for killing a citizen. The tasks are dictated by Trey, the vengeful brother of the dead man. With each subsequent task, both Washington and Trey must come to terms with how they played a role in the death of the brother. SPEED meets RASHOMAN.
