SILENT PARTNERS: Razed Capital is an action packed crime thriller in which sanctions fuel the desire for revenge by a nation. It uses sanctions imposed on regimes as a device for those countries to invoke their brand of retribution. It is the second instalment to the SILENT PARTNERS series in which two wealthy men reprise their roles in serving a clandestine international government organization established to combat, this time, a rogue state. Economic sanctions imposed on North Korea provide its regime with an opportunity to destabilize the US and indirectly the global financial markets via one of its sleeper agents.

Sir Neville Haynsworth is in charge of a self-funded covert international organisation; set up to investigate and eliminate criminal activities that affect international security. He once again recruits the help of two motivated, self-trained, wealthy men, Aiden Knight and Lord Trent Ellis, as Silent Partners. They must once again use their resources and guile to stop a plot codenamed Razed Capital. They are provided with the most sophisticated equipment available and currently in use in Afghanistan. If

successful, Razed Capital will bring the US economy to a halt.

To fight US imposed sanctions, the North Korean regime uses a sleeper agent, hiding beneath the cloak of an Arms dealer, to blow-up critical US financial centres that print and store money. Using an offshore company, he takes over a US engineering and construction company with projects in close proximity to these US facilities and hires operatives to destroy them. However, unknown to all is that the female North Korean sleeper agent is in fact a Chinese mole that embedded herself deep in his organisation and is working for her puppet masters toward a parallel goal - to thwart the attack and help bring the perpetrators to justice indirectly through Aiden an Lord Ellis - The Silent Partners.

Lord Trent Ellis and Aiden Knight unravel the plot through a series of chases around the globe. They track the person behind the plot and terminate it. Unbeknownst to Aiden and Trent, they eliminated the man but not the plot in its entirety or complexity.
