The Pacific Anti-Terrorist Unit is created under the auspices of the department of Homeland Security. A tsunami washes bodies on shore, and PATU is asked to assist in solving these bizarre set of murders which unveil a nefarious and sinister plot in the making. Can PATU decipher and terminate the plot in time?

SYNOPSIS:

A detective is forced out of self-imposed retirement and heads PATU to fight injustice he sees creeping into society and as retribution for his fiancee's murder.

A small player emerges from the dust left behind by the DEA's dismantling of the Colombian Cartels. GUIOMAR SEVERO MACHADO BOLINAGA creates a designer drug with the same effects as Heroin but without its addictive properties or side effects. He holds a meeting in Hawaii with the heads of the major US criminal organisations under the pretext of introducing them to the new drug. He kills them using a newly designed biological agent and dumps their bodies in the ocean. He can now setup his own distribution network for the drug, which finances the development of the bio-agent that he intends to auction in retribution for the DEA hit on his village.

A tsunami washes the bodies ashore. Forensics uncovers that they were poisoned and a homicide investigation is launched. Meanwhile, OLD MAN WU, a Chinese Triad boss who escaped these murders but whose nephew was killed begins a probe of his own, leading to the location of the factories producing the bio-agent and the drug. PATU discovers the identity of the drug lord and that he holds a grudge towards one of the PATU agents as she used to work for the DEA and called in the strike on his village.

Unable to bring the drug lord to justice, PATU uses Old Man Wu's need for retribution to terminate the drug lord. PATU simultaneously orders a military strike on the Chinese factories disguising it as sabotage. Old Man Wu removes samples of the drug for replication before razing the complex. PATU accomplishes its mission of heading off a viral outbreak before it reaches US soil and the triad boss terminates the drug lord. Check and mate for the triad boss.
