An intense supernatural encounter transforms a suicidal LA billionaire into a faith healing superstar.
SYNOPSIS:
Mat Clarke, a suicidal billionaire living in LA has tried everything the world has to offer and finds it all a waste of time. But before he can successfully end his life, he has a violent supernatural encounter that changes everything.
After being punched around in the La Brea Tar Pits by some sort of angelic being, Clarke is armed with the ability to heal and begins some surreptitious healing. This is quickly found out by the media and causes quite a stir. It also leads to a recruitment by a megachurch pastor, named Brother Mercy, who wants to use Clarke for his own designs.
And this is just the beginning of a story that takes Clarke from Beverly Hills to a heavenly Sky Bar to Skid Row, to Lubbock, Texas and finally to DC, where the end of the world as we know it officially begins.
Because You Said So! is an episodic, supernatural thriller that’s a fast-paced, funny, sarcastic, pop-culture ride with plenty of relevant social commentaries about pretty much everything. It’s also a love story, a redemption story, and a theological takedown of those who prefer tickled ears to truth.

I can see this as a dramedy. There are elements of dichotomy here and you should fully exploit that. Just my take on it.
