SYNOPSIS:

FELICIA leads a joint SWAT / DEA mission in a suburban neighborhood -- they burst into the bedroom of a couple who seems confused and innocent. Felicia throws a stun grenade into a toddler’s bed, severely injuring the child. The raid was based on faulty intel... no drugs at all. Felicia is called in to see her boss BEN JAMESON, who says this is causing a firestorm. He takes her gun and badge until the investigation finishes. Felicia holds her own during the investigation, until they ask if she’s slept with anyone on her team. She is currently sleeping with fellow DEA agent WILLIAM. She loses her cool. The investigation finishes, and Felicia is transferred to Santa Fe. Her new supervisor, BRIAN WILSON, tells Felicia he’s going to keep her under a tight leash. Then he introduces her to her new team -- DARREN, KATELYN, MEGAN, and a probie (who isn’t there yet). They start talking about a violent cartel leader, HECTOR RODRIGUEZ. Felicia immediately starts digging for classified information. That comes back to Brian, and he’s mad. But Felicia explains that Hector killed two Special Ops men posing as border agents. He lets her dig deeper. She takes her team to Las Cruces and they prepare to storm Hector at his warehouse, when Brian calls and says the probie will join them. The probie shows up. It’s KYLE... Felicia’s son. They siege the warehouse. While they do, Felicia snappishly speaks to Kyle. They haven’t seen each other in fifteen years. The team fights their way to Hector, who is driving a truck out the back door -- and on the truck is a nuclear weapon. Homeland Security is on the way, but they’ll be ten minutes. Felicia chases the truck on foot, catches it and crawls into the cab. She fights Hector and incapacitates him as the truck hits a roadblock. As Felicia and Kyle search through the crashed vehicle -- finding both heroin and the nuke -- Felicia tries to apologize to Kyle for being absent in his life. Then they realize that the nuke was damaged and might go off. Kyle thinks he can defuse the bomb, but Felicia says they have to leave. Kyle calls Megan, who walks him through defusing the bomb. It works. Then Homeland Security comes in and takes the case away -- much to Felicia’s annoyance. Felicia gets congratulated by Brian, and starts the process of getting Kyle transferred away.
