SYNOPSIS:
MILLTOWN is an artistic original drama set around modern day suburban Detroit. This story follows 17 year old Johnny Fisk as he attempts to save Raquel, a young prostitute he fell in love with, and her unborn child. Johnny promises to pay her owner, Damien, for her freedom and sets out to try and raise the money. Without any skill other than graffiti art, Johnny's friend arranges for him to do commissioned works all over town, which begins to revitalize the previously dead city. Once the money is raised, Johnny goes to pay. Instead of accepting the payment, Damien decides to flex his muscle and make an example of Johnny and his friends. Milltown is a gripping story about hope rising up in even the darkest and emptiest places, and, that no matter the price, love is worth fighting for.
