SYNOPSIS:

Push a man hard enough and he's capable of anything. Almost. That's what Tom White learns the hard way in "Lunatic Fringe."

On the back side of forty, Tom's a good man with a good heart who's tired of the way things are. When a bullet meant for him kills his young niece, he promises to make a difference in his world before it's too late. Convinced that traditional means of change have failed, he joins the lunatic fringe of extremist politics.

Socorro Hurtado, an earthy activist, re-acquaints him with his heritage and introduces him to Angel Luna – poet, bullfighter, and terrorist.

When Luna orders him to murder Socorro – as a test of his loyalty and to create a martyr for the cause – Tom rebels. He finally realizes that no good ever comes from doing evil.

Their final showdown takes place in the center of a bullfight ring under a Hunter's Moon. But, they're both in for the surprise of their lives. They're stunned to find out that someone else has been pulling the strings all along ... the "Lunatic Fringe."
