After sheltering a runaway girl, a Ugandan ER surgeon becomes the prime suspect in her disappearance and must race to find her before being charged with a crime she didn’t commit.
SYNOPSIS:
Kabale, Uganda. Dr Kem, a respected ER surgeon, encounters a traumatized 13-year-old girl with nowhere to go. Against her husband's objections, Dr Kem finds the teen a safe place to stay and enrolls her into school. Then the teen vanishes without a trace. With the police closing in, Dr Kem must find the teen to save both their lives.

Sounds like a great story. The logline is good but the wording looks to be out of place. I rewrote another version to show what I'm talking about: "After giving refuge to a runaway girl, a Ugandan ER surgeon becomes the lead suspect in her disappearance and races to uncover what happened before she’s charged with a crime she didn’t commit."
