Candy-stealing teens. The stakes couldn’t be higher in this
ever-escalating night of adventures that will unite all the kids of Treat Street.

SYNOPSIS:

This Halloween three kids will go out for the biggest score of candy on the best street in the city for trick-or-treating: Treat Street. There they will encounter the greatest evil imaginable, candy-steeling teenagers. The kids must unite allies and muster the forces necessary to take back their candy. The chase taking them from the street into the malls and nally to a corn maze in a night of ever escalating adventures.

Halloween is the most magical night of the year because it’s when kids pretend to be whatever it is they want to be. A ten-year-old girl gets to be the mighty Thor and a good girl from the junior high glee club gets to be an all-powerful villain. Halloween is something special, and so is this lm. It has no fantastical elements, there are no real vampires or monsters, no secret ghosts or ghouls, only the real life experience of being a kid with an extremely active imagination, the kind of kid who invests her perception of the ordinary with the trappings of the extraordinary.

Those are the real stakes in Treat Street. Not who will or won’t get the candy, but how much fun the kids have as they keep up the game of cat and mouse for the candy. Along the way they have classic adventures, encounter every public domain monster imaginable and learn that the real villain isn’t a teenager, but their own encroaching adulthood.
