When a retired police captain's friends are murdered in a carjacking, he comes out of retirement to catch the perpetrators, only to uncover a car theft ring involving corrupt cops and a mob-connected judge.

SYNOPSIS:

The screenplay follows retired police Captain Robert Wiggins as he seeks justice after his close friends are killed in a violent carjacking. He partners with two wrongly imprisoned men, Sonny and Richie to go undercover and assist in capturing a carjacking ring with mob ties.

A corrupt judge is exposed and kills himself, while two rogue cops are revealed to be the leaks in the department. Ultimately, with Wiggins help, Sonny and Richie are exonerated as heroes, the carjacking ring is taken down, and justice is served, but not without great personal loss for Wiggins when his wife is murdered by one of the carjackers.
