A divorced brother and sister remodel their elderly parent's bed and breakfast and quickly discover that the old Carriagehouse has deadly secrets and many unwelcome guests, including a horrifying undead monster. 

SYNOPSIS:

Robert and Michelle Bell, a brother and sister team, need to remodel and sell their aged parent's bed and breakfast in order to afford care for their nursing home. However, the bed and breakfast, an old Carriagehouse, has secrets. There are various spirits who are trapped in the old mansion and unfortunately for the Bells, not all of them are kindly.

When six-year-old Emma begins a friendship with two imaginary children, the siblings write it off as an overactive imagination. But then as the remodel takes off, the pair find that the house has many secrets - and almost as many ghosts! There are several secret rooms belonging to the Underground Railroad, and a strange undead monster that lurks in the shadows there.

The siblings must race to finish the remodel before money runs out, but more importantly before the monster gets what it really wants - to complete a ritual to set it free, which requires Emma to make the ultimate sacrifice. The Bells most move quickly if they want to survive the Carriagehouse Inn.
