SYNOPSIS:

Ryan comes from a family of money; his corrupt father is a lobbyist for Congress. Andrew comes from a long line of military veterans, including his father who died overseas in Iraq while Andrew’s mom, Liz, was pregnant with Andrew. With different attitudes about freedom, war, what it means to be American and fighting for the love of the same girl, Ryan and Andrew have grown to hate one another. After Russia declares war on the U.S., a military draft is implemented. Ryan’s number gets called and struggles in Army boot camp while Andrew, who enlisted in the Air Force, excels. A deadly accident leave the two stranded in foreign territory alone. They are forced to set aside their differences and work together as they embark on a suicide mission to end the war and return home. Writer's note: This is only the first draft of this story. Since I intend to try and sell this screenplay or produce it someday, I leave you all the first 45 pages of the story. This is more or less to showcase my writing style and display examples of my work.
