SYNOPSIS:

Kateri "Kat" Bently is a 20-year-old with her birthday quickly approaching. She believes that she has her whole life ahead of her, until she goes camping with a few friends and an animal attack turns her world upside-down.

Kat discovers that she is descended from a long line of werewolves and that on her 21st birthday, she will become part of the pack. Unwilling to do so, she is given the choice to either turn her doctor-boyfriend into a mated werewolf or kill him and remain human.
