Just checked HG Wells story on Wikipedia. Could be interesting. But with your credentials Mr. Hector you should be working on the 17 Sustainable Developement Goals which will indeed be useful for humanity. Play with them, use their concept creatively to create awareness among globe's masses to help achieve them by 2030.That would effort well spent.
