A Psychiatrist turns to an imaginary friend and an old diary to unlock the secret to destroy The Sack Man, a malevolent spirit that abducted his sister years ago, and which now threatens the life of a young cancer patient.

SYNOPSIS:

In 1987, Cornelius Webber witnesses the abduction of his sister by what he can only describe as The Bogeyman. 25 years later, Cornelius Webber is a near recluse 35 year old Pediatric Psychiatrist, who learns that his friend and patient, Adam Richmond, 12, fears visitations by some ominous entity in his hospital room.When Adam calls him in distress, Cornelius charges to the rescue, and comes face to face with The Bogeyman, the nightmare he thought he left behind.

Cornelius calls on the help of Emma, a nurse with peculiar insight on his life, and researches an old diary that may hold the key to destroying The Bogeyman, who terrorizes Cornelius by taking form of his long lost sister. After a vicious assault leaves Adam unconscious, Cornelius finds out that Emma only exists in his own mind and can’t help him.

Cornelius lets go of Emma and burns the diary to confront and defeat his ultimate fear, The Bogeyman himself. Only then can he save Adam from being abducted and find the courage to break free of his reclusive life.
