After getting laid off, two brothers and their crew of small-town phone techs chase a last-minute job to Las Vegas—where bad decisions, tight cash, and total chaos threaten to derail their shot at a better life… if they can survive the trip (and each other).

SYNOPSIS:

In a struggling small Canadian city, blue-collar brothers Mick and Johnny Sullivan are blindsided

when their entire crew of phone technicians is suddenly laid off. With few local job prospects

and mounting financial pressure, the brothers—along with a handful of fellow workers—are

forced to consider drastic options to stay afloat.

A lifeline appears when an old industry contact, Sammy Davidson, offers them contract work in

Pennsylvania. Desperate but hopeful, the group quickly packs up and heads south, only to be hit

with another harsh reality: the job falls through almost as soon as they arrive.

Just as things seem bleak, Sammy pitches them a new opportunity—this time in Las Vegas,

promising steady work and a fresh start. With little left to lose, Mick, Johnny, and their rough-

around-the-edges crew pile into a van and embark on a chaotic cross-country journey fueled by

beer, bad decisions, and questionable judgment.

When they finally reach Vegas, the promise of opportunity quickly collides with the reality of

their situation: cramped living conditions, no money, and a volatile mix of personalities. What

starts as a celebratory night spirals into absurdity and danger, involving escorts, hustlers, and a

close brush with violent trouble.

The pilot ends with the group barely holding it together—broke, exhausted, and far from

home—but still clinging to the hope that this gamble might change their lives.
