SYNOPSIS:

Garrett (21) looks forward each year to the Harborville Film Festival; his mother Jane was once featured as their Queen. Garrett works the charter fishing boats, and is a screenwriting student at a nearby University. This year is different. Festival posters have been put up around town early. The “Queen” Jewel (20) has totally captivated Garrett; he vows to meet her. Ed Scarbird (Jewel’s Father; an internet Billionaire) is as loose with his easy money, as he is with his morals. Ed and his family spend summers on their boat, at the gated yacht club. Everyone tries to ignore Ed’s behavior, the actions of his chosen suitor; as well as Their abusive actions lead to a unforeseen disaster. The outdoor Festival events, and after parties Garrett and Jewel attend together, fosters a fairytale summer backdrop for meeting and falling in love.
