SYNOPSIS:

Real life French Chef JEAN SEBASTIEN GENTIL is an expert in sous vide cooking and actually single-handedly runs his highly acclaimed restaurant, Les Sarments, in idyllic Provence, using this method with his American life partner, AMY FOXWELL, who quickly realized that she was in over her head in more ways than one. They wanted to share their story and granted me life story rights to do so. This series is a fictionalized account of their life together in France for the last 10 years, a never-ending font of universal work and family stories that cross cultural boundaries, so real and too funny not to be true, but captured as a parody on life, marriage, family and the rock and roll theater of the restaurant business in France where FOOD IS A RELIGION along with SEX and WINE.
