In the late 60's, US student arrives in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico to study at fine arts college. A sequence of absurd, hilarious Coen Brothers-like events ensue! He's set up as a drug dealer and cops are after him, so he goes on the lam, hiding out at love interest/ fellow U.S. student's home in Mexico. It turns out her father is C.I.A. which puts him in more danger. Then they discover Neal Cassady's body on the train tracks (!)
