An artistic boy’s, comic book superhero turns into a real life person when the boy places his art book inside his father’s top-secret invention. Unfortunately the superhero’s arch-enemy also comes through and they must fight him before he takes over the world, but the trouble is the superhero wasn’t quite finished and needs help from the boy to become the superhero he was meant to be.
