SYNOPSIS:
From the start of her biggest case, Defense attorney Tina Paulson is backed into a corner. She is hired to defend a close family friend as he is accused of killing his wife and business partner. The lead detective on the case in this small town is the only detective on this small police force. Citing an obvious conflict of interest Detective Paulson reaches out to the state police to assume lead on the case. As the investigation begins Detective Paulson soon discovers the evidence against his friend is very damning. And as he is torn between friendship, and his dedication to the law, he quickly learns the biggest dilemma is not the case itself but the strain it places on his marriage. As Tina defends her friend with vigor she exposes vast errors made by the police department, including her own husband. Then as the trial nears conclusion an admission from the defendant will call upon Tina to question her own integrity and force her to choose between justice and trust. Because with a friend facing a possible death sentence, and a husband about to lose his job and his integrity. Tina must risk everything to balance the scales of justice, without violating her "Vow of Trust."
