SYNOPSIS:

In a city where state-surveillance has escalated into lethal, state-sanctioned violence, a rebellious crew of teens uses graffiti and roller skates to reclaim their freedom of expression. The stakes turn tragic when one of their central members is killed by authorities, fracturing the tight-knit group into different stages of grief—sending them into cycles of isolation, destructive rage, and frenetic movement. To honor their fallen friend, the surviving crew must unite with their rivals, channeling their collective pain into a final, high-speed uprising that pits creative expression against totalitarian control to dismantle the oppressive regime.
