Detective A. Ware gets a call to the scene of a ritualistic murder, a lone film tin isn’t only a clue, but the key to a city wide conspiracy. The more he digs around the wider the web of conspiracies grows, touching every part of the city. Detective Ware must solve the case and bring down the film cult before everyone in the city is either a victim, or a member.
