Series Logline: Forced into an arranged marriage, Tara and Clint form a dangerous alliance to overthrow the fascist regime controlling The Community, a gated city that may be the world’s last safe haven.

SYNOPSIS:

Pilot Synopsis: After his pregnant partner Charlie is gravely injured during a supply run, Clint Hayes risks everything to find The Community, a fabled gated city rumored to have medicine, electricity, and safety. Instead, he is captured, and forced into an arranged marriage with Tara, a grieving widow still haunted by the disappearance of her first husband and the loss of her children. Inside The Community, order is law, individuality is dangerous, and every citizen must serve the regime’s ideals to survive. Hayes only wants antibiotics and a way back to the life he left behind, but as he begins to see the rot beneath the city’s polished surface, he draws Tara into a dangerous rebellion neither of them can afford to lose. Tara has spent years obeying the rules to stay alive, but Hayes’s arrival forces her to question the system that has taken nearly everything from her. Bound by secrets and grief, Tara and Hayes form a dangerous alliance that could save the people outside the walls or destroy the last safe haven humanity has left.
