SYNOPSIS:

ROOM THREE opens in the Monarch Hotel penthouse with white marble, champagne leaking into blood, and a young Black woman in white silk dying near a designer duffel bag. A shadow takes the bag before the story cuts to Dani Rush in a bolted interrogation room: raw knuckles, split lip, cleaned shirt, camera, door, mirror, recorder, and a tremor she keeps killing before it becomes a confession.

Detective Elise Marron and Detective Warren Pike want the clean version. Dani knows the clean version is usually the lie that survives. Through competing flashbacks, hotel footage, missing money, Sable Laurent, Bishop Laurent, Maya Rook, Keisha Vale, and family pressure, the interrogation becomes a chess match over what happened in the penthouse and who benefits if Dani breaks first.
