By Josiah Cosgrove

GENRE: Other, Comedy
LOGLINE: A world-famous ten-year-old television star and his adult co-star navigate the absurdity of a blockbuster fantasy franchise, relying on their genuine best-friendship to survive the pressures of global fame, pushy executives, and being stars of the dumbest show on television, Sprite: The Last Breathtwister.

SYNOPSIS:

Season 1 S1 E1, Pilot: Charlie, the 10-year-old lead of The Breathtwister, forms an unlikely bond with John, the 30-year-old actor playing his dimwitted fawn-dragon sidekick. S1 E2, Late Night Shoot: The duo is pushed to their limits when they are forced to stay late at the studio to film the extra long season finale of the show. S1 E3, The Motion-Capture Suit: After the show’s season one finale goes viral overnight, the budget of the series balloons to $100 million. John is relegated to wear a ridiculous motion-capture suit as his character transitions to CGI. S1 E4, Comic-Con: John and Charlie and the whole Breathtwister crew go to the Comic-Con for the first time, only to be stalked by one crazy mega-fan. S1 E5, Development Hell: The writers and producers of the series announce to John and Charlie that season three of The Breathtwister is in development hell and that the number one plot they're considering for the season includes killing one of their characters off. S1 E6, The Emmy's: When The Breathtwister receives a shocking nomination for Outstanding Drama Series at the Emmy's, John and Charlie must go to the ceremony while John is forced to wear his embarrassing motion-capture suit on the red carpet, all while dodging the return of their relentless Comic-Con stalker.
