SYNOPSIS:

S1 E1, Pilot: 15-year-old Charlie is mysteriously transported to Minecraft, a world made entirely of blocks, where he meets a girl named Ash, who's been trapped there for years without aging and also can't remember her past. Together they must fight zombies, exploding Creepers, skeletons and witches. S1 E2, The Quest Home: Charlie starts on his quest home and promises to take Ash with him, but gets lost and attacked by hoards of mobs when going over the hill. S1 E3, The Village: Charlie and Ash discover a new village full of rude and annoying villagers who trade their materials. In the end Charlie is given an Obsidian block by a villager and discovers that he can make a portal with it to try and go home. S1 E4, The Cave: Ash and Charlie get stuck in a mob-infested cave. S1 E5, The Journey Begins: After months of constructing a portal to try to get home, it is accidentally blown up during a battle by a Creeper, causing Charlie to lose hope. Ash does some research and finds out that if they fight the Ender Dragon they will find a portal which will lead them home. Charlie and Ash begin their journey. S1 E6, The Potions: During their journey, Ash and Charlie set up a trap and capture a witch and steal her potions. Not knowing how to use the potions, Charlie drinks The Potion of The Turtle Master, making it where he can only move slowly and resist almost anything like fire and water. Ash and Charlie raid a village and steal golden armour and swords. S1 E7, The Nether: After journeying for days Charlie and Ash end up in a dangerous, hellish underworld called the Nether, covered in lava. Ash begins to think that if Charlie and her go back into the real world, her aging might catch up to here. Charlie accidentally angers an Endermen causing him to die and wake up in his bed miles away from Ash. S1 E8, The Epiphany: Charlie recovers his memories. He remembers that Ash was his real-world childhood friend whose evil scientist stepfather trapped her in the world using a portal to see if it was safe, and Charlie lost his memory after jumping in to save her. Charlie races back to the Nether to get back with Ash and tell her what he remembers when he is inconvenienced by a group of Piglins who are trying to steal his gold armour and swords. S1 E9, Finale: Charlie bravely fights off and defeats the Piglin army, racing through the Nether to find Ash. When he shares his recovered memories, it triggers Ash's memories to return as well. Letting go of her fear of rapidly aging in the real world, Ash joins forces with Charlie to battle the Ender Dragon, ultimately using the final portal to successfully return home.
