A fractured family stranded on a supernatural archipelago ruled by

SYNOPSIS:

Tired of being trapped in a loveless job with an underappreciating

boss just to keep her children fed, Levka Owl makes a decision: to

quit, and take her family on an adventure in their two-decker sailboat,

the Titanic. With her husband, Obrin, and their three children—Jarin,

Nilan and Ruby—the five of them set sail on the glistening waters of the

Maldives in search of a new taste of life.

But when

an unnatural storm descends on the seas and capsizes their boat, they

find themselves stranded on a beach made of black sand, their boat torn

to shreds.

Now trapped and separated on a cluster of dark,

mysterious islands, each governed by a witch and populated with

creatures from beyond their wildest nightmares, the Owl family must

summon their courage and use their wits to survive and escape—before the

island's magic claims them forever.
