Gen has never found much appeal in martial arts, much though the rest of Kameroon enjoys them. She deals with her problems by looking and talking, and she's going to have some big ones.

SYNOPSIS:

The Way of the Bear. Grand Raptor Titan. Half of Kameroon is built on a network of rock and water, somewhere between an aquifer and pillars of stone in a lake, and it seems to have given the residents something of an innate tension, a drive to push every which way. Gen is one of the few who actually manages to stay calm.

She's not particularly interested in challenging the heavens. There's enough in the world as it is, to hold her attention. Punching her way to enlightenment, well, that thought wearies her. Unfortunately, those without swords can still die upon them, and so Gen has learned to dodge -- not to mention talk.

So many folks think with their fists and knees, and a comment or question can leave them reeling, if delivered with insight and eloquence. Of course, tending to these skills can deliver its own challenge to the heavens, and champions to oppose it.
