Ghost of a university manager seeks help from an underdog education officer to save his university not knowing that the officer has been sent with a mission to fail it.

SYNOPSIS:

In the month of monsoons in India an education officer is forcefully sent to fail a university which was missed out by mistake. But as he reaches the university he is struck by a deadly lighting. The officer wakes up only to find that now he can see people that no one else around him see or here. As the university staff is busy in impressing him and giving him the special 5 star treatment the officer struggles with his own identity. In the end, officer helps the staff to pay back the loan and save the university however the his boss (HOD of education ministry) arrives and fires him. But he has a last card up his sleeve. The university is saved by the failing anthropologist professor who was also the girlfriend of the dead manager and the protaganist realizes that running away to united states wont solve the problem of his nation.x
