SYNOPSIS:
Mr. Gideon Okafor is admired by everyone. A successful businessman and landlord, he is known for his kindness, generosity, and deep Christian faith. Every morning before his tenants leave for work, he gathers them in the compound for devotion, preaches the gospel, prays for them, and often gives food or financial assistance to struggling families. To the community, he is a godly man. But behind closed doors, he lives a double life. Years earlier, desperate to escape poverty, Gideon entered into a dark covenant with an occult society. In exchange for unimaginable wealth and influence, he agreed to continually sacrifice the destinies of innocent people. His apartment complex became the perfect hunting ground. Every tenant who signs a tenancy agreement unknowingly enters into a spiritual trap. Their breakthroughs disappear. Businesses collapse. Promotions are mysteriously cancelled. Relationships fall apart. Couples struggle with infertility. Brilliant students suddenly fail exams. Strange illnesses, accidents, and unexplained deaths become common. The tenants blame bad luck. No one suspects their beloved landlord. Behind the scenes, Gideon secretly manipulates vulnerable female tenants for immoral gain, using his influence and false compassion to exploit them, while presenting himself publicly as a righteous man. Everything changes when Faith, a devoted Christian and fearless prayer warrior, rents a room in the newly completed wing of the compound. Almost immediately, she senses an unusual spiritual heaviness over the property. Her persistent prayers begin to disrupt the occult activities that have operated unnoticed for years. Mysterious manifestations start occurring. Hidden rituals fail. The landlord suffers terrifying nightmares, and his powers begin to weaken. Realizing Faith is the threat, Gideon first tries kindness, then intimidation, then manipulation, before finally demanding that she vacate the premises. But in his desperation, he makes a fatal mistake. His actions expose long-buried secrets, forcing the tenants to question everything they believed about the man they once called their benefactor. As Faith uncovers the source of the covenant, she discovers that the apartment itself was spiritually dedicated as an altar where the destinies of tenants are exchanged for the landlord's prosperity. Now she must unite the broken tenants to confront the evil hiding in plain sight before more innocent lives are destroyed. In the final confrontation, the battle is no longer about rent or eviction, it's about reclaiming stolen destinies and tearing down an altar that has fed on innocent people for years.
