SYNOPSIS:

Cellphones begin to attack users. As it turns out, the trillionaire maker of cellphones deliberately sabotaged phones because he was fed-up with phone usage. Three young people try to get to the bottom of what’s happening, because the cellphones are killing people. The trillionaire didn’t realize that an associate injected AI into the phones, in order to eventually control the world. The three young people. Noah, Paul and Sophia, agree to try to get to the bottom of a phenomenon that the police, FBI, CIA and other authorities are failing to solve. Noah is an investigative reporter, Paul is an ad-agency writer and Sophia is a medical researcher. Throughout the film, cellphones attack and kill multiple people - everyone from young people to older people. Noah, Paul and Sophia are smart, fearless people who feel a responsibility to help solve the mystery of why cellphones are killing people. The film explores our heavy reliance on cellphones —- and other technologies - and provides a fun experience for people who like to get scared at the movies. This is not a gore film — the phones don’t slash people, leaving blood everywhere. The phones are actually meant to kill “elegantly” — if there’s such a thing.
