A young man, drifting through life without clear direction, takes a vacation to Germany. While abroad, he receives a call from a friend informing him of an inheritance a property in Germany. As he explores his great-grandfather’s legacy, he uncovers the story of his ancestor, an Allied POW who escaped a German prison camp during WWII. The discovery of artifacts from his great-grandfather’s past helps him find new purpose and strength to confront his personal struggles. He visits both the POW camp and the inherited property to honor his great-grandfather’s memory and courage.
