SYNOPSIS:

BLACK HOLE SUN is a folk horror and mystery thriller in which a man, Adam, plagued by visions and a traumatic past involving his father and brother, finds himself involved in a police investigation into the disappearance, then reappearance and death of a young student from a prestigious university. As the story unfolds, a conspiracy begins to arise, and Adam finds that his visions may be the only means by which he can conquer becoming the target for a crazed satanic cult. STORYLINE The plot itself is fairly simple, with a university and its several catacomb-like levels, basically a front for a satanic cult who may or may not be unleashing minions of the undead while sacrificing innocents to satisfy their blood lusts. The sub-plots, though, come thick and fast, including the character of Alison, who poses as Adam’s girlfriend but is looking for her sister, whom she fears has fallen foul of the cult. There is Adam’s brother, Jake, who is actually dead, having burnt himself many years prior, much like his father allegedly took his life
