SYNOPSIS:
Gotham City descends into fear as a wave of disappearances and targeted killings exposes the return of a secret society that has shaped the city from the shadows for generations: The Court of Owls. As Gotham empties under coordinated manipulation, Batman uncovers a conspiracy rooted deep within the city’s forgotten history — one designed to break him, control Gotham, and erase anyone who stands in the Court’s way.
Facing Talon, the Court’s most lethal assassin, Batman is pushed to his physical and psychological limits. His investigation leads him into Gotham’s abandoned underbelly, culminating in the discovery of the Vault of Bones, a chilling archive of the Court’s victims and a testament to their centuries‑long reign. With the city on the brink of collapse, Batman must wage a tactical, relentless war against an enemy that knows Gotham better than anyone — and is prepared to burn it to reclaim control.
As the final confrontation erupts, Gotham’s fate hangs in the balance. The story closes with a post‑credits stinger revealing Talon’s survival and drawing the attention of Amanda Waller, hinting at a larger, darker future beyond Gotham’s borders.

I suggest changing “Batman” to “a battle-hardened Batman” in your logline.
I like your synopsis. Great job on it overall, but it reads more like a pitch than a synopsis. Parts like “This screenplay presents a battle-hardened Batman who is already a seasoned veteran” and “The plot unfolds….”
