A psychologically twisted youngster develops the power of mind control and develops into a sadistic criminal.  The FBI and a disgraced hypnotist finally bring him down but may have created a more dangerous monster as a result.

SYNOPSIS:

When a sensitive, bullied adolescent is pushed to the limit and snaps, he unleashes an uncanny ability within himself to control his tormenters in ways they never expected. His innocence is quickly corrupted, and as time goes on his petty manipulations turn into a twisted life of crime and self-indulgence. Law enforcement is baffled, and when the FBI enlists the aid of a disgraced hypnotist with a surprising connection to the mastermind, things quickly go from bad…to worse.
