A womanizing standup comedian works the cruise circuit and uses his sexual exploits as part of his act, but when he meets the woman of his dreams he must decide if he is willing to sacrifice his career to make the right impression.

This sounds really interesting but it sounds more like a synopsis than a logline. A rule of thumb for a logline is condensing your story in 28 words. I would also suggest a bit more conflict but it sounds promising. :)
