SYNOPSIS:

High school senior John Luft’s parents were in a terrible boating accident in Key West, Florida, when he was seven weeks old, resulting in the unfortunate loss of his father. He and his mother live in Montauk, a small predictable town on the Long Island Sound of New York. John had just enough friends, allowing him to feel at peace with his teenage years. He stood better than average height, excelling on the teams of baseball, track and field. It was during the third month of his seventeenth year that unusual changes in his mind and body began to occur. He turned to his mother for an explanation. Sensing it was time, she informed him that his father who died in the boating accident was not his father. His real father is from a parallel universe, and is coming back to our planet to take us to his. This script can be thought of as a modern-day E.T. meets American Pie.
