In a neon-soaked metropolis where humans can shift into animals, four broke female private investigators - a fox, a frog, a bear, and a raccoon - must overcome their "liability" reputation to rescue a kidnapped college student from a ruthless trafficking ring, all while trying to keep the lights on.
SYNOPSIS:
In a bustling city of Chimera Bay, The Zoo Girls - a chaotic but skilled Team comprising a Fox, Bear, Frog, and Raccoon - are desperate for cash and a case that doesn't involve lost pets. Their break comes when they are hired to find Toby, a missing college student with a rare nose for tracking. Tracing him to a black-site warehouse run by the brutal Commander Peterson (a Wild Boar), the girls must combine their unique animal abilities to dismantle a forced-shifting operation. In a high-octane rescue, they defeat Peterson and save Toby, securing their rent money but unknowingly placing themselves in the crosshairs of a powerful corporate CEO planning a darker conspiracy.

Unique concept, Chase Carmichael! How does overcoming their "liability" reputation allow them to rescue the college student?

Well let's say they would do the right thing while they intend to squander right when they finish their missions. So they were hopelessly finishing a case, but when an opportunity is on a college student, it's their opportunity to save him in order to make an identity for the private investigation agency. I'm not really sure if that answers your question though. Maurice Vaughn.

"it's their opportunity to save him in order to make an identity for the private investigation agency." I suggest putting that in your logline instead of "must overcome their "liability" reputation to rescue a kidnapped college student," @Chase.
You could also take out "a fox, a frog, a bear, and a raccoon" to make the logline shorter.
