A hyper-analytical mouse with "Scan-O-Vision" reluctantly takes a job at his best friend's chaotic, super-powered grocery store, where he must learn that being a hero has less to do with saving the world and more to do with surviving workday.
SYNOPSIS:
"ARNOLD SCHNOTZ" is a workplace comedy that asks: What happens when your superpowers are just powerful enough to make your minimum-wage job even harder?
Set in a bustling city of anthropomorphic animals, the show centers on Richards' Groceries, a seemingly ordinary supermarket that's secretly (and chaotically) staffed almost entirely by "Supers." The store is a pressure cooker of mundane problems - spills in aisle three, demanding customers, and pharmacy orders - made extraordinary by the staff's unwieldy powers.
The show's tone blends the workplace humor of "Superstore" with the quirky, character-driven powers of "My Hero Academia" or "The Incredibles." Each episode revolves around a new, absurd challenge of retail, forcing our hero, Arnold Schnotz, to realize his analytical genius is often useless against the sheer unpredictability of his co-workers and their abilities. The heart of the show is Arnold's journey from an arrogant "hero-in-waiting" to a valued member of a dysfunctional, but super, work-family.
