Briana Payne is a fiery, clever love coach on a popular television show “Checkmate” in Washington DC. For over a decade she has been at the top of her game, a relationship guru, with a fan base of women hanging on her every word and even the men were taking side notes. She was living her best life, hiding a few secrets and even from her girlfriends. Such as being sexless for over a decade as the ungetatable bachelorette and being surrounded by a group of colleagues and friends, who by the way have been married and some of them more than once. Brianna has also written a best seller novel entitled, “Chickens Run But Peacocks Strut.” She could have lived like this way indefinitely, but when the love of her life who she has not heard of for years sends her a wedding invitation, it pushes her over an emotional edge and “no one pushes baby in a corner. Now on high offense Briana concocts an absurd plan to attend the wedding with a fiancée or husband on her arm. This is no easy feat, because she has only thirty days to reach her goal and the rules of the dating game have changed since she last ventured into a jungle with no escort or survival equipment.
