SYNOPSIS:

Laisa(Mob mistress) and JM(ballplayer) were fairly nice kids, the same age, different continent. Both were gradually drawn into the Mob underworld by old family ties, or debts. Miriam, a childhood friend of JM, and prospective soulmate, decided she would no longer keep his (JM's) abilities a secret, so fate/circumstances decided the rest for her. For them. JM and Laisa who were both in distraught, unbeknownst to each other, had to formulate a plan to loosen the Mobs' grip on them before time runs out. Matt (The Leak) ,a valuable asset to JM, .(.if he could keep his identity secret), seem to know about everyone and everything that goes on in the city. Under the Sun, that is. Mob Boss Tek, seemed unmoved by the odds that were stacking against him, despite being warned not meddle in childhood affairs, mixing business with personal. Boss, though slightly intimidated by the rumors of this kid (JM), was fascinated also , and flirted with the idea of possibly recruiting the kid one day. That's, of course, after he teach him a few hard lessons and show him who's the boss. Money, power and muscle was the Mobs slogan. A puny kid name JM, who've drawn enormous amounts of fear and admiration from his peers in such short time, was unrealistic, sci-fi, borderline spiritual to the Boss.
