An ancient vampire with a guilty conscious and a broken detective trying to outrun her past hunt a killer infected with stolen vampire blood before he turns the city into ground zero for a plague of blood-desperate immortals.

SYNOPSIS:

Seba, a centuries old, self-hating vampire, survives on the streets of Montreal by feeding on criminals offered up by corrupt police. His tenuous control of the parasite that keeps him alive is threatened when Cormick, a self-entitled, trust fund heir, steals some of his blood in a misguided scheme to live forever.

The fallout from the attack draws the attention of a pair of honest female cops: Ally, a jaded detective, and Gwin, an idealistic rookie. Their investigation into the corruption in the department inadvertently puts them on the trail of the two vampires, and on a collision course with the supernatural threat.

Only Seba knows the parasite has the potential to spread and quickly become a deadly pandemic. He must get to Cormick before he can infect others, and the clock is ticking as the parasite slowly mutates Cormick into something far more difficult to kill: Draconis.
