This story is a logical continuation of the film Titanic. The premise is that the U.S. military developed an experimental technology that allows them to recreate past events in a specific location. They chose the ocean, the very spot where the Titanic once sailed. When they activated the device in the middle of the ocean, a massive energy-time sphere formed, and the Titanic from the past sailed into its space. However, the scientists were mistaken—it was not the Titanic from the past, but a phantom. And when the military personnel and scientists boarded the ship, they too became phantom ghosts, unable to return to their military vessel.
