SYNOPSIS:

A lone wanderer known only as Termit, drifting at the edge of the galaxy, stumbles upon a colossal desert planet — a forgotten and unknown world secretly seeded with sandworms centuries ago by House Atreides.

This “Second Dune” has grown larger, harsher, and richer in spice than Arrakis. House Atreides had planned to secretly destroy the original Dune to become the sole rulers of the spice from this new planet. But Termit’s discovery makes him a target: soldiers guarding the perimeter of the new Dune, loyal to no Great House, pursue him across the stars to keep the planet’s secret hidden.

Now the fate of an entire galaxy may rest on the choice of one reluctant hermit — especially after he learns of two more planets secretly inhabited by sandworms.
